Terms & Conditions

Making a Purchase

1) To make an order/purchase, kindly email us at babies2totz@gmail.com, indicating clearly:

2) All sales are subject to availability of stock.

3) Once an order/purchase has been confirmed and submitted, cancellations will not be allowed.

4) We are sorry that we are not able to provide for international orders at this moment.

5) All sales are final and goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable. We will gladly accept any defective products for exchange. We must be informed via email within 7 days from the date your purchases have been delivered.

6) We will ensure that every package is packed with utmost care. However, we are not responsible for any mishandling during shipping process which is beyond our control.

Terms of Payment

1) Payment will be advised via a confirmation email within 1-2 working days and payment shall be made through bank transfer or via cheque payment to our business account - DBS Bank.

2) Buyers are advised to inform us of payment made, preferably with:
i) Transaction number
ii) Estimated time of transfer or
iii) Cheque number (if payment is by cheque)

3) We reserve the rights to make any changes to the pricing we offer for our products.

Shipping Information & Delivery Charges

1) Once we receive your order(s), it will be processsed and shipped within 2-3 working days.

2) Kindly note that for cheque payments, order(s) will be processed after the cheque is cleared.

3) We use SingPost for all our deliveries. Please allow SingPost to deliver in 1 to 2 working days.

4) Kindly note that processing time may be longer during peak festive periods.

5) If you opt for normal shipping, we have no way to track the package once it has been mailed. We are not responsible for packages that are not sent by registered mail.

6) As such, you may want to register your package. It will be additional S$2.25 add-on to your shipping charges by SingPost. The registered post tracking number will be emailed to you. Normal shipping charges are as below:

Orders up to S$50-----------------------S$2.50
Orders @ S$50.05 to S$99.95---------S$3.50
Orders @ S$100 and above------------FREE!

7) Orders of S$100 and above enjoy free normal shipping, and will be sent by registered post with no exception, at S$2.25 payable by the customer.

8) Self collection can be arranged at Ang Mo Kio MRT station or Hougang MRT station, only if the order amount is S$80 nett and above. No delivery charges will be imposed. We will contact you for arrangement.
